Rachael Hall made a modern version of the lali, called the pato. Rachael wanted to make a modern version of the Tongan drum because she wanted to bring sounds of the digital age.

She made the pato digital so it could connect to the computer.

Sound

Sound can be made when someone drops a ball or a tree falls down and a car crash happens also someone talking. Sound has properties.

Sound can travel in all directions.

If your further away from someone that made sound its going to be harder to hear them but if the person goes closer its more clearer. 

Sound can travel around corners.

Art

Over the past two weeks we have been working on aboriginal art. We used dots to make the art and we
had to come up with a story from our art. My story was this the hunter had a boomerang and threw it at the Koala and there was blood inside the Koala.

The Koala drank water and there was water inside his body he also had grass inside of him because he eats grass every day. One day the sun was two hot and the Koala got sun burnt then the sun went inside his legs. There was also a shark in the water he was trying to kill the Koala before the hunter could.

Nouns

Nouns are names of objects and people that are common.

Some examples of pronouns are he, she, it, his, hers.

Proper nouns is a specific name for a person, place, thing. Proper nouns always have capital letters no matter where they are in a sentence.
