Character Trait

A character trait describes a character in a story or in real life.

A character trait uses adjectives to describe a chraracters actions. 

For example the duck is a clever kind brave hero.

A character trait also has examples in the story of how the character is those desciptions. 

For example in the story of The Highway Rat when the duck had no food for the rat so he was going to eat the duck but the duck said that her sister had treats to get away from the rat.

Using character traits help the reader fully understand how or why a character is doing something.
